Juphy was found back in 2018 with a mission to speed up customer support on all communication channels and improve teamwork while leading to faster response times and better customer service.
Our vision is to help businesses grow by providing seamless customer support on all channels. We highly value transparency and have continuous innovation in the heart of our company culture. Therefore we publicly share our product roadmap and highly value the feedback of our community.
Our Co-Founders Erdi and Eyup met while working at a high-growth startup and realized that companies' response times to social media support requests are super slow. Eventually, Erdi and Eyup decided to come up with a great product to speed up and simplify the customer support process: hence Juphy was born!
We are currently a team of five, working completely remotely all around the world. We are backed by a major VC, APY Ventures, and are looking forward to growing our team and help more businesses within the next year!
