What is a Channel?

Simply; 1 Channel = 1 Facebook Page, or 1 Twitter Account, or 1 Monitoring Keyword, or 1 Instagram Profile, or 1 App Store Account, etc.

What is a Workspace and how many are included in the LTD?

Workspaces are the seperated fields for your business. Very similar to Slack's Workspaces. You can create different teams per workspaces. Moreover, since you can manage multiple channels in one workspace, you may want to create multiple workspaces depends on your needs. If you have different teams and different clients you can set-up those teams and client^s channels seperated workspaces. *You can create unlimited workspaces, system only counts number of channels and number of users you have accoridng to your purchased plans. Note: If you sign up for a trial of Juphy be sure to purchase the LTD using the same email as the trial account!

How can I stack plans/codes?

It's easy! Just purchase the plan again and again until you reach your stacking number in your mind. You can buy one plan up to 10 times so it means you can increase the standart plan limits up to x10.

What happens if I need more users or channels AFTER the deal is over?

If you need more users or channels after the LTD you'll need to upgrade to a paid Juphy subscription but our current lifetime deal offer has very generous limits. If you do upgrade, and decide down the line that you want to downgrade back to your LTD you can do so by contacting support.
